How Long Will My Application Take?
We cannot ensure how long the Home Office will take to process your application. We can give you a broad period based on the regulations/guidelines and current cases. We are usually able to submit applications within 2-3 weeks of you instructing us, but we can submit applications much more rapidly than this if needed. We will let you know at the next opportunity if it may take longer than this or there is any advantage in your application being submitted at a later date.
